What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the subject you select and the message you write.
- Email correspondence: the contents of any message you send us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
- Analytics: anonymised usage statistics, but only if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you ask for – based on our legitimate interest in answering you and on taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To operate and secure the website – based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site reliable and safe (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To measure and improve the site with analytics – based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Brevo (Sendinblue) – delivers our transactional and notification emails.
- Cloudflare – website hosting, content delivery and security.
- Google Analytics – website analytics, used only with your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at business@alphagency.com.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your choices.
