Our approach blended functionality with aesthetics to create a sustainable, community-friendly rink in one of Riga’s central parks. The oval shape was planned to complement the park’s natural layout, letting skaters glide around a scenic green space. With careful ice-surface preparation and open access for those with personal skates, we ensured a welcoming, inclusive environment, optimised for long-term public enjoyment with minimal environmental impact.
